- Description We do have two “semi-private” dining areas. The RJ Lee room, which is downstairs, on the north side of the shooting gallery across from the bar, has an occupancy of up to 75-80 people comfortably. Generally there is a $150.00 room rental fee and no F&B spending minimum. Depending on the circumstances the room fee could be waived. The Marianne Lee room, which is upstairs, on the back side of the northern part of the balcony has an occupancy of up to 70 people comfortably. Generally there is a $75.00 room rental fee and no F&B spending minimum. Again, depending on the circumstances the room fee could be waived.
