Brent’s Cafe is a Chef owned and family operated cafe in Amarillo, Texas. We utilize as much locally sourced produce and agriculture as we can get our hands on in order to provide fresh, inspired, and nourishing food. Please inform your server prior to ordering if you have any dietary restrictions. Most items can be made gluten free, dairy free, low sodium, or no added sodium. Our frying oil is 100% trans-fat free. All of our beverages are made with water purified through our reverse osmosis system. Pictured above is our Hank’s Burger, which is made from Bonsmara beef from the M-Cross Ranch, Home of “Hank the Cowdog.” Highlighting our region, utilizing locally sourced ingredients, and welcoming all are what makes us “The Community’s Table.”
