Night on the Strip

Join us as we kick off the Bacon Bash Texas year with an incredible Ball of the Bash event, Night on the Strip!  

You'll be treated to six chef-crafted bacon dish & signature drink pairings, each dish full of Pederson's Natural Farms bacon, prepared by the incredible Toscana Italian Steak House, Tony Gonzales, and Cowboy Chef Mike Newton.  

The evening will include a lively casino night, entertainment by the Roman Carbajal Band, a Pop-Up Vendor Market, and Live Auction.
All proceeds from Night on the Strip will benefit children with Type 1 Diabetes in the Texas Panhandle.
