Theodore Waddell is one of the West's most celebrated contemporary artists. His work is specialized in painting, sculpting, and ranching. Many paintings are drawn inspiration from his life in Billings, Montana. Center for the Study of American West (CSAW) is hosting a Garry L. Nall Lecture in Western Studies in the Hazlewood Lecture Hall, Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. Waddell will speak on April 20 a 7p.m.
